Acceptance of terms
By visiting eliorafilms.com (the "Site"), operated by Eliora Films, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These terms cover your use of the Site itself. They are separate from — and don't replace — the individual service agreement each couple signs once a booking is confirmed. Where the two conflict for a booked couple, the signed service agreement controls.
Using this site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You won't attempt to copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site's content, design, or code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
Inquiries & booking process
Submitting an inquiry through the Site is a request for information — it doesn't reserve your date or create a binding agreement. A wedding date is only secured once a signed service agreement and any required retainer are received through our private client portal. Pricing shown or discussed on the Site or in early conversations is subject to change until a proposal is formally accepted.
Our services
Eliora Films provides wedding cinematography and photography services for couples in Indiana and destination locations nationwide. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and travel arrangements for any booked wedding are set out in that couple's individual service agreement — not on this Site.
Ownership & intellectual property
All content on this Site — including video, photography, text, design, and code — is owned by Eliora Films unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute it without our written permission.
Ownership of footage and photos delivered to a couple after a wedding, along with any usage rights granted to that couple, is defined in their individual service agreement.
Portfolio & marketing use
Unless a couple's service agreement says otherwise, Eliora Films retains the right to use edited films and photos from weddings we shoot for portfolio, marketing, and advertising purposes, including on this Site, Instagram, and paid ads. If you'd like to discuss opting out of this for your own wedding, raise it with us directly before booking.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of it.
Liability related to actual wedding-day services — including circumstances like equipment failure, weather, venue restrictions, or travel disruption on destination shoots — is addressed in each couple's individual service agreement, not in these general Site terms.
Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to or embed third-party tools, such as our private client portal or Instagram feed. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
