Eliora Films ("Eliora Films," "we," "us," or "our") is a wedding cinematography and photography studio based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We film and photograph weddings for couples locally in Indiana and on destination shoots nationwide.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit eliorafilms.com (the "Site"), reach out through an inquiry or booking form, or otherwise contact us — and how that information is used, stored, and shared. It does not cover information you share with us through our separate private client portal once a booking is underway; that platform has its own privacy policy.

We share information with a small number of trusted tools that help us run the business:

Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy policy. We choose providers that maintain reasonable security and privacy standards, but we don't control their systems directly.
Wedding footage & portfolio use
Photos and video from weddings we film are covered by the usage terms in each couple's individual service agreement (executed through our private client portal), not by this Site policy. In general, we may use edited highlights, films, and photos from weddings we shoot to promote Eliora Films — including on our website, Instagram, and in ads — unless a couple's agreement specifies otherwise. Data retention
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as it's useful to our business relationship with you, and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults planning weddings and events. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
